You can apply the mascara after applying this product. When cleansing, use an oil-based makeup cleanser. If you apply a mascara washable with the warm water, wet your lashes with the hot water for a while before cleansing. Although the product is designed to rinse with ease, it is recommended to use cleanser for eyes if you have difficulty in washing off the mascara. |
